How to use cork glue:
1. Stir and mix: Add the weighed cork particles into the mixer, add glue with 15%~25% of the total amount of cork particles while stirring, and stir at a constant speed for 15~30 minutes. When the weather is dry or the moisture content of cork particles is low, it is necessary to add 1% to 3% of the total amount of water in the cork particles. Stirred cork particles must be molded within 1 hour.
2. Molding into the box: transfer the stirred cork particles into the mold box, and compress to the corresponding volume according to the required density.
3. Heating and curing: Transfer the pressurized and fixed mold box to a drying room at 85°C~110°C...
