1. Range of application
SPC-1003 double-component type polyurethane glue has been extensively used as an adhesive between aluminum honeycomb and aluminum plate, between EPS FWB or XPS, which included in light building materials or wall insulation board, and calcium silicate board or steel plate or aluminum plate or processed stone or grade of outer wall，marble , stone aluminum honeycomb panels .
2. Physical & Chemical Properties
SPC-1003 type polyurethane glue, as a type of solvent-free, non-benzene and nonformaldehyde glue, is superior in waterproof, cold resistance and weatherability with its fine thixotropy and high cohesional strength. It also characterizes its non-foam and solidifying under normal temperature.

3. Usage Methods
（1） Remove oil, dust, rust staining and water.
（2） Make sure that the mixture weight ratio of component A and component B is 5：1. Then pour the mixture into a wide mouth barrel and stir it quickly with an electric agitator .Homogeneously spread the glue on cohered surface with sawtooth scrapers. The glue can also be mixed on cohered surface of metal plate directly with scraping plates.
（3）Dose of the applied glue should be controlled between 150g/m² and 300 g/m² according to cohered surfaces. It is recommended to increase the dose on the surface of aluminum honeycomb plates.
（4） When operated in mechanical roller painting, the glue should be mixed in batches to avoid solidifying on rubber roller.
（5）When glue spread on, cover adhering material by raising pressure for solidification.
（6）Solidification process can be operated under normal temperature or heating for higher cohesional strength（reference data：80℃/20min）.
（1） Application life of the glue is about 15 minutes（less time if under high temperature） from stirring under normal temperature.
（2） For more time to application, it is recommended to mix directly two components on cohered surface or pour the mixture immediately from barrel.
（3） In order to get the tack of glue, keep the surface with glue on air for 15 minutes.

5. Storage and Package
Storage ：One year when stored free of solarization and frost under normal temperature.
